Amy Smart has been going back and forth between environmental work and acting since the age of 18. When her career started to blossom, she realized she could use her celebrity for the environmental world and joined the Environmental Media Association, which is about bringing green message into Hollywood.

In addition to the EMA and her very successful acting career, Amy is also a trained speaker for the Heal the Bay non-profit organization.
